David B. Spenciner, PE, ScM, MBA leads Research & Development and IP Strategy for the medical device division at Mineral City, where he also serves on the board. He is Principal of Spenciner Consulting Services LLC, advising medical device companies on IP, regulatory strategy, and fundraising.
Previously a Research Fellow at DePuy Synthes Mitek Sports Medicine (Johnson & Johnson), Dave helped launch multiple products and drive new technology development. He also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has lectured at universities in the U.S. and U.K.
