With a background in radiology at UF Health Jacksonville and Massachusetts General Hospital, she now focuses on commercialization and strategic partnerships that bring Mineral City’s AI-powered imaging and biotech innovations to market. She drives business development and client engagement across pharmaceutical and biotech industries where safety and trust are paramount.

Snehal Vara is the Chief Growth & Brand Officer at Mineral City AI, where she leads brand architecture, growth strategy, and investor readiness. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, growth, and financial strategy, she specializes in positioning emerging companies for scale, investment, and category leadership. At Mineral City AI, Snehal drives go-to-market planning, financial growth strategy, and investor engagement, ensuring the company is capital-ready and communicates its vision with clarity and impact. 

Chris is a product and AI leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms for supply chain, retail, and product security. He has led fundraising and growth initiatives at Sourcemap, B2B Soft, and One Door, delivering measurable results including $20M in Series B funding and enterprise SaaS adoption across 30,000+ locations. At Mineral City AI, he leads the platform and AI applications strategy, overseeing product vision, modular SaaS architecture, and enterprise onboarding.

Greg is an experienced Software Engineering Manager with over 15 years of specialization in brand protection and medical devices. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams, driven product innovation, and delivered secure product releases in highly regulated environments. At Mineral City AI, he helps drive efficient development practices, scalable architecture, and a focus on quality software solutions.” I think there is some ambiguity right now regarding my title. David B. Spenciner, PE, ScM, MBA leads Research & Development and IP Strategy for the medical device division at Mineral City, where he also serves on the board. He is Principal of Spenciner Consulting Services LLC, advising medical device companies on IP, regulatory strategy, and fundraising. Previously a Research Fellow at DePuy Synthes Mitek Sports Medicine (Johnson & Johnson), Dave helped launch multiple products and drive new technology development. He also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has lectured at universities in the U.S. and U.K.
