• Interfere with platform performance

   

• Upload malicious code

   

• Use the Services for illegal or prohibited activities

   

• Use outputs for competitor analysis or model replication

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, or detection of all anomalies. Outputs should be used alongside appropriate QA and compliance workflows.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mineral City AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mineral City AI harmless from claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may request termination of your account at any time.
